There will be a new addition to the family soon.

Some exciting things are coming up.  I can hardly wait.  First of all, I am going back home to Utah in three weeks!!  I can't wait to see my family.  Utah friends, I can't wait to see you all too!  I really hope to squeeze in a few photo shoots while I'm there, so let me know if you're interested.
As for the recent good news I am about to share,  I know what you are all thinking.  I am not pregnant.  But, I am going to have a new brother-in-law very soon!  Congrats to my little sister and her lovely fiance Kelden on their engagement yesterday!  I am so happy for them!  I am also excited that they have given me the opportunity to return to Utah again in August!  I love weddings.  I am looking forward to a fun summer of wedding planning, reunions, and picture taking.  :)

Mark & Natalie.

I loved this shoot.  Mark and Nat are so fun.  They were up for anything and everything I told them.  They were so nice to go along with all of my crazy ideas.  These guys have such a fun personality and I really tried to incorporate that into the shoot.  They have a sweet, old school Volvo that I instantly fell in love with the moment I saw it.  I knew we had to use it as a prop.  Oh, and the sunset was amazing!

Roasted Pig. Hawaiian Style.

We had a relaxing weekend at ward camp.  We ate, played games, ate some more, watched movies, ate again, and just had a fun time with our ward friends.  I must say that roasted pig is quite delicious.

This is what husbands should do more often.

Just so you all know, Daniel made these cookies, not me!  Are you impressed?  I know I am.  They taste amazing too!  Daniel is enjoying his time off of school right now.  He has nine whole days to relax and...what? Bake cookies?  YES!  I love this!  He made these today while I was at work. I do realize that the roles in our home are a little bit switched, but I don't mind it so much.
